Account and billing
What it is
Your account is how you sign in to FLAE and how you appear to teammates. The Account part of the Settings page has Profile, Security and Plan & usage; open Settings from the left menu (Settings → Workspace) and pick them in the Settings menu. Billing is not live yet: there are no plans, Credit balances or payments in FLAE today, and the Credits shown in the app are sample numbers.
Key concepts
- Sign-in — with an email and a password (at least 8 characters, and the email must be verified before you can use FLAE), or with Continue with Google.
- Profile — your name, email and avatar as FLAE shows them to you.
- Language — Vietnamese or English, for the app on this device.
- Credits — the unit FLAE uses for model prices: 1 credit = $0.01. The Agent builder shows each model's price in credits per 1M tokens (see Agents).

Models and keys — Agents run on models through FLAE's own provider keys. A model whose provider key FLAE has not set up shows "API key not configured" and cannot be picked. Bringing your own model API key is not available.
Common tasks
Change the app language
Open Profile and use the language switch under Appearance & Language, or use the language option in your account menu at the bottom of the left menu.
Sign out
Use Sign out in your account menu, or Sign out at the bottom of the Settings menu.
Report a problem
Press Report a Bug at the bottom of the Settings menu. It opens an email to FLAE support.
Limits and rules
- Your email is tied to your sign-in method and cannot be changed ("Email is tied to your sign-in method and cannot be changed here.").
- Changing your name on Profile is not saved yet: Save changes shows "Profile preferences updated." but the name stays as it was.
- Security (password, sign-in methods, active sessions) is marked "Coming soon".
- Plan & usage is marked "Coming soon". Nothing in FLAE limits or stops work based on Credits today.
